PacWolf Fulfilment is a high growth, UK based third party logistics provider that is part of CS Ellis Group. PacWolf operate from six warehouses across three locations, and currently support over 60 customers by providing warehousing, storage, packing, Value Added Services (VAS) and distribution services; helping them run their eCom, retail and wholesale operations. PacWolf support businesses of all shapes and sizes, from large international organisations to e-commerce start-ups.
The Challenge
The fulfilment business was experiencing rapid growth in customers and volumes and the incumbent Warehouse Management System (WMS) was unable to support this. PacWolf needed a modern, functionally rich WMS which could meet user requirements and support the end-to-end warehouse operations.
PacWolf were looking for a partner support them to identify the most suitable WMS for their needs and undertake a selection process, through a WMS tender, within the very tight timeframes required.
