Each of our consultants has a minimum five-year operational background prior to joining the consultancy market; since then they have successfully delivered a significant number of projects across some of the leading global consultancies in their field.
Stuart PARSONS
Director
Stuart Parsons is a Logistics Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in Supply Chain and 15+ years’ experience as a management consultant.
Specialities include DC network strategy, distribution centre design, warehouse automation, equipment tendering, operational reviews, last-mile delivery and omnichannel logistics strategy. He has worked throughout Europe and across a variety of sectors, including grocery, fashion, automotive, general retail and third-party logistics.
Stuart has a degree in Mathematics from the University of Southampton.
Matthew HOPKINS
Director
Matthew is a Logistics Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in Supply Chain and 10+ years’ experience in logistics consulting.
His specialities include warehouse design, network strategy, warehouse automation, MHE and logistics services tendering and capacity planning. He has worked throughout the UK and Europe in a wide variety of sectors including retail (fashion and grocery), automotive and 3PL.
Matthew has a degree in Economics and Masters in International Business Management.
Belinda SCOTT
Senior Consultant
Belinda is a Senior Consultant with nearly 30 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics consulting. Her career started in South Africa, working for 7 years before moving to the UK.
She has a wealth of experience across all areas including operational improvements, warehouse design, distribution network strategy, WMS and transport operations. She has experience in a wide range of sectors including bulky products, manufacturing and retail.
Belinda has a B.Eng in Industrial Engineering from Stellenbosch University.
Nishit NISUDAN
Associate Consultant
Nishit is a Logistics Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in Supply Chain and 10+ years’ experience as a management consultant.
He is a systems specialist with vast background in logistics systems design, software selection and implementation, covering WMS, WCS, TMS and ERP. He also has skills in warehouse and distribution network design.
He has worked across Europe in a wide variety of industry sectors including Grocery, Fashion, Automotive, Manufacturing, FMCG and Life Sciences.
Nishit has a background in SAP Consulting (Certified), a masters degree in Supply Chain Management from The University of Manchester and a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
