BoxLogic Becomes a Member of the UK Warehousing Association

BoxLogic has become a member of the UK Warehousing Association (UKWA) from February 2023.

The UKWA is the leading trade organisation for the logistics sector. With over 900 members it provides a powerful voice for our industry. The role of the UKWA is to help its members to operate to high industry standards by improving safety and profitability. The body also provides professional business advice and strategic business development support to its members.

Matthew Hopkins, Director of BoxLogic is pleased to announce that BoxLogic has joined the UK Warehousing Association. “As a leading consultancy of the logistics and warehousing sector, we are excited to take up membership with the UKWA. Every project that we work on involves a warehouse, whether it’s focused on where it should be located, which equipment should be fitted, how it should be laid out or what systems are going to drive it. So this feels like the right place for us to be.”

“They are a vital voice advocating for our industry with government bodies and fight for our views to be heard amongst policy makers and influencers. The logistics and warehousing sector is going to be massively impacted by a wide range of factors over the coming years, from labour shortages, automation and technological advancements, adapting to a net-zero economy, and ongoing changes in how society shops. This is going to mean big challenges, and opportunities, for the logistics industry and a strong voice is essential to managing these transitions.”

“We are also looking forward to networking across the industry and taking advantage of the various events that the UKWA organises on our behalf to share knowledge and increase our business’ profile.”
