BoxLogic is delighted to announce the recruitment of Rob Palin to the consulting team. Rob joins BoxLogic as a Senior Consultant from third-party logistics provider, Unipart, where he spent ten years in various roles across the business.
Rob worked most recently as an Operations Lead in Unipart Digital, delivering a range of logistics projects including the design and implementation of bespoke Yard Management solutions for warehousing operations. Prior to that, Rob was the Head of Operations and Projects where he had operational and project responsibility whilst managing a team of over 30 people. In addition to this, he managed the design and implementation of a bespoke Warehouse Management System.
Additionally, Rob has six further years of operations management and continuous improvement experience at Unipart, where he delivered various warehouse layout redesigns, new model launches, and warehouse network consolidations.
